Each Specht guitar is a unique piece of functional art for musicians. The base cost for a custom guitar is $3900.00 CAD (plus shipping and handling). Wood choice, design and hardware impact the price of an instrument and will need to be quoted on a per instrument basis.

All Specht guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty that will cover defects in workmanship and materials as long as the instrument is still in ownership of the original buyer (and as long as I am still an active Luthier).

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, extremes of temperature or humidity, or unauthorized modifications. Finish shrinkage or cracking is also considered normal wear and tear.

It is recommended that an instrument is stored in a case, in an area with relative air humidity of 40-60 percent and an air temperature of 60-75 degrees F.
